What aircraft parts do you overhaul and how long does it take?
AAI has grown to over 2,000+ overhaul capabilities for aircraft accessories and landing gear. AAI is an FAA certified repair station. The parts we overhaul come with 8130-3 certificates to show that they are airworthy. Small parts for fuel and electrical systems are generally overhauled in around 5 days. Hydraulics, wheels, and brakes can take around 10-15 days, and complex landing gear can take up to 30 days.
What is the process for overhauling my aircraft part?
We make it easy to overhaul your aircraft part. Here’s what to do:
1 – Request a standard overhaul quote by submitting web form or by calling (770) 703-4316.
2 – Ship us your part.
3 – We inspect the part and send an updated quote based on condition and repairs needed.
4 – We overhaul and return your part with an 8130-3 certificate for airworthiness.
What is the process for exchanging a part?
We make it easy to exchange your aircraft part and receive a core return credit. Here’s what to do:
1 – Order your part.
2 – Receive your part, remove your old part, and install your new part.
3 – Return your old part.

How do you handle payment and shipping?
Payment – We gladly accept all major credit cards, wire transfer, ACH, or C.O.D. payment methods.
Shipping – We ship worldwide from our Peachtree City, GA facility via UPS, FEDEX & DHL. Same-day shipping is available for all orders received before 3 PM ET. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties & taxes.
