Core Returns

Core Policy

Customers have a 30 day grace period for core returns. Customer will be contacted if core is not returned within the grace period and will be invoiced on the 31st day.

Credit for cores received after the 30 day grace period will be discounted by 25% if received within 60 days of invoice date. Cores received after 60 days of invoice date will be discounted 50%. The core return must be identical in part number and manufacturer for proper core credit. There will be no core refund issued if a returned core is not in repairable condition. Exchanges sold as Standard Pricing and not Flat Rate are subject to back bill. If a Standard Pricing returned core requires replacement parts that are above and beyond standard repair/overhaul, the core refund will be pro-rated accordingly.

Standard Pricing Exchange Core Returns

Exchanges sold as Standard Pricing are subject to back bill. If a Standard Pricing returned core requires replacement parts that are above and beyond standard repair/overhaul, the core refund will be pro-rated accordingly. Core return must be identical P/N and manufacturer with no physical damage.

Flat Rate Exchange Core Returns

Flat rate exchange pricing removes the possibility of back bill as long as the core return is identical P/N and manufacturer with no physical damage.

Returning Cores

Please complete the core return tag supplied with your exchange part so we may process your core refund/credit as quickly as possible. If you do not have the core return tag, please contact us for return instructions. When returning cores for a refund or credit customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, and taxes. You can expect your core refund/credit to be processed within 5-7 days after we receive your core return.
